The Martin family has been in carpentry for 3 generations in central Missouri with an even longer heritage of carpentry in the family. Jay Martin Construction LLC has been in residential construction for over 30 years. In the past, we did residential framing and exterior construction, such as siding, roofing, and decks, along with other facets of the construction trades.

Several years ago, we pivoted to manufactured and modular homes and do business as Martin Family Homes. We chose manufacturers that offered homes we would be willing to live in ourselves. We offer manufactured and modular homes for almost anyone. From small single-wide to custom modular homes with every option checked. We aim to give the best possible experience to everyone who walks through our door.
